The lady here is very helpful and tried all her best to calm us down and solved the problem. She contacted the customer service from her cellphone as a retailer, which saved us lots of hassle since it’s so hard for us to reach an agent as regular customers. We really appreciate her help. I also saw how she is so friendly and very supportive to help all the customers. Highly recommend this location!!
