Don't do business with this store. They are deceitful and totally dishonest. I sent my daughter in there to do a warranty claim on brand new phone and instead of giving my daughter the proper guidance on how to return the defective phone including giving her a return label they had her call me to get the passcode so that they can complete the warranty exchange. What the manager really did with my passcode was add a new line to my account of Verizon home Internet without my approval. Once i found out what had happened I immediately called Verizon and canceled the home internet and filed a complaint with Verizon. After receiving notifications about a device not being returned which I thought was related to the home internet device I called Verizon and they informed me that the notifications were about the defective phone not being being returned and that they were charging me $1200. I went into this location and spoke to the manager and he apologized for the confusion and that he would call Verizin and have them send me a return label. That never happened and the notifications from Verizon about a past due balance persisted. Today my phones were shut off for not payment after being assured by Verizon that they would send me a return label and to just pay my normal bill and that once I received the return label. My issues with Verizon have been resolved but all of these issues stemmed from this Russell Cellular location and the dishonest tactics they used to acquire my account pass code so they could add a line to my account. This situation has impacted my life, my health and finances. Although my issues with Verizon Corporate are resolved my issues with Russell Cellular are not.

We set up an appointment with Kobe and bought 2 of the Galaxy Z 7 flip phones. Kobe had us set up in no time, all questions answered. We are going back to buy two watches next week. He was very personable, professional and helpful with everything.
