Kobe was awesome— from the moment I walked in I could tell he genuinely cared whether or not I was satisfied, and was very patient in explaining things to me and held my hand through the transfer process to my new phone. And let me add that I did not even buy the phone at his store! I’d had it mailed to me, and with the promotion he found me I didn’t even pay for my screen protector. I left having saved money, got my information transferred over seamlessly and made a great contact for all of my future needs. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Excellent experience all around. Thanks, Kobe!
