This is the worst store for help. If like if they aren’t making commissions off you then you aren’t worth there time.
I needed help after my phone was repaired, it was no longer connecting to my phone or my car. He could help out with my phone but not my car. I use my screen for maps on my job. He gave no explanation as to why, just kept
Repeating the same thing. I can help with the watch but not the car.

Not a welcoming atmosphere. We came in and no one greeted us. A few more white males came in after us, and the staff immediately greeted them with the most welcoming smile and words. They even helped them before us. Clearly we looked lost and confused (we've never been to this location) and still no one helped. Well, another customer told us we had to check in. The check in computer wasn't working. It took forever for anyone to even acknowledge us and when they did, it pushed us to the end of the sign in list because he had to check us in from his tablet. Not cool. I won't be back. Toooooo busy and not nearly enough employees.

I have been treated so poorly by Verizon it's unbelievable. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and have spent thousands of dollars on service, devices and other features. I've been mislead and outright lied to by customer service and when I finally had to walk into this location to get a return label for defective device the manager printed me a return label with the phone going back to my house instead of the Verizon warehouse. When I called this location they couldn't care less. Smart ass attitudes and just a blatant disregard for my issue. Their solution was you can come back to the store and get another label like my time isn't valuable. I just don't understand why as a valued customer they can treat me like this. I've called customer service dozens of times and they either lie to me or transfer me to another department. This is not how you treat customers. This is not a one off, this is how Verizon treats their customers. Whether it's customer service or in the actual store. Verizon is truly a company that thinks their size and prominence in the cell phone industry absolves them from good customer service. When I called this location to inform them that printed a label with my address instead of the warehouse they literally thought it was amusing. No apology for wasting my time, nothing but a smart ass response. I even explained to the manager, Cheryl how big of an ordeal this has been.
