This store and Verizon are a joke! I was lied to about what my bill would be (after taxes) by Matt. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service. I was told no, I could not speak to the supervisor and hung up on by customer service. I've learned the hard way not to ever do business with Verizon. Even after I cancelled everything BEFORE my number was ported over, I'm still getting a bill. The funny thing is that your customer service couldn't explain exactly what the bill was for. Disgusting way to do business!!

We had a great experience here. Kelli helped us buy two new phones at the line and get lots of accessories and answered every question incredibly thorough. She was kind and terrific.

I sent my fiancé in to this store this morning (1/26/26 @ 9:30 am) to pay our prepaid phone bill & restore our service via personal check — The older, short haired woman working that helped my fiancé, was unprofessional, rude & made up complete lies about Verizons system. He called me while he was still at the store to inform me that the prepaid service wasn’t able to be paid via personal check at the stores & prepaid service could only be paid with check through the answering service Verizon has set up to take payments (# 729) — while he was trying to explain to me the problem, all I could hear was her in the background speaking to my fiancé with a rude tone, & she was spouting off what I deemed to be complete nonsense from the get go. First — personal checks require visual verification so it can look for -

Signs of alteration or fraud —
Audio only systems couldn’t detect any of that, even if it tried. It would be a massive fraud risk & a huge liability to Verizon’s company as a whole. Anyone with a sense of intelligence would know this is a lie.
This woman seemed very eager to get my fiancé out of her hair by the way she was speaking to him with such disdain in her tone. Furthermore - I do not appreciate the fact that she outright lied to his face to get him out of the store. I have used Verizon for many many years. We only switched to prepaid after we bought brand new unlocked iPhones from BestBuy, & decided we didn’t want to sign a contract. This situation doesn’t make me mad at Verizon as a whole, but I do believe there should be a better person dealing with the public than a woman who is just fine lying to someone’s face so she doesn’t have to help them.

Went to the store on 01/10 without expecting to switch service providers. Long story short. I was immediately greeted by Ben. He helped me take nearly $100 off my phone bill with AT&T. The process was quick and painless. I appreciate the professionalism and smoothness of this transition. Would definitely recommend.
