So I left and called Verizon customer support and had a new phone on the way in 5 minutes. These guys think they know what they are doing but have no clue. Talked to the “manager” and he was just as clueless. Joke of a store.

His answer to everything was, “we can’t do anything.” That’s not customer service—it’s laziness and disrespect. As a business owner leading 50+ employees, I would never tolerate this kind of behavior. I am cutting all ties with this store immediately.

He didn’t even bother to stand up and help, and all he kept saying was, “we can’t do anything, we can’t do anything.” If that’s truly the case, then this store shouldn’t even be open. What’s the point of a store that refuses to help customers? Because of this awful experience, I will be disconnecting my 4 lines and will never recommend this location to anyone. I had plans to add 12 more lines for my staff, but now I will take my business elsewhere. I am a business owner myself, managing more than 50 employees, and I can confidently say that even someone with no training would have shown more respect and effort than what I experienced here. This is by far the most unprofessional and frustrating service I’ve ever dealt with.

He didn’t even bother to stand up and help, and instead kept saying “we can’t do anything, we can’t do anything.” This kind of dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Employees should be assisting customers, not ignoring them. This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I will not be visiting this location again. The owner should seriously reconsider keeping an employee who clearly does not care about customers. Because of this experience, I will be disconnecting my 4 lines and will make sure not to recommend this store to anyone. I was even planning to get 12 more lines for my staff, but after this treatment, I will never do business here again. Frankly, the representative’s attitude was so unprofessional that even someone with no training would have shown more courtesy and respect than what I experienced today.
