    Shelbie helped me out. She transferred everything from my old phone to the new one which most places will not do, or atleast haven’t done in the past. She helped me get my watch set up. And then I was able to leave my old trade in phone with her verses sending it off in the mail later. I don’t know if Verizon has changed lately or if she just went above and beyond on her own. Either way we were appreciative.

    We stopped in on a Saturday evening to get some information about our account and options for new phones. Shelbie helped us and provided absolutely excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a clear understanding of our options, AND stayed late to help us make sure we got our new phones transferred properly. I then returned the next day to bring my trade-in, and she made sure that all went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed by Shelbie.
