Called about their free first visit. Was told they had a flyer that was good till December. Texted my mother whos dog is having issues and shes broke about it. She went in person to see about the free visit and she was told there was no such thing. So which one of yall is lying? We understand treatment isnt free but what is a free visit? Thermometer up the butt and thats it?

I was a few minutes late to my appointment as I had to stop to get my dog a leash since he doesn’t regularly use one and ours wasn’t where it usually stays and upon getting there, they told me that they couldn’t see him.

I have trusted the doctors and the support staff for years with my cats and dogs. We have had Drs. Garoutte, Hansen and Black. They are all so caring and knowledgeable. I went elsewhere for a while, trying to save money, but I came back to Parkcrest. I'm glad I did because if I don't trust my vet and staff a lower price doesn't help.

Called in was going to establish care for pup .Kelsey answered the phone. She was extremely rude and short with me, I definitely will not be establishing care with VCA now, as I do not feel comfortable if they can’t even be professional with me, I can’t imagine how my pup would be treated ….
