  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 VCA Parkcrest Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge — Above and Beyond! 🍃 When my sweet Gwen (cat) had an urgent need on Christmas Eve, I was scared and calling everywhere — and no one would take her. Clinic after clinic turned us away… until VCA Parkcrest answered with kindness and said “We’ll make room.” She wasn’t even their regular patient yet, but they welcomed us in like we already belonged. That day, they became her forever vet. Dr. Garoutte was absolutely wonderful with Gwen. His gentleness, professionalism, and calming presence helped soothe both of us. He didn’t just examine a pet — he saw my dearly beloved companion. And he treated her with all the dignity and care she deserved. From the first phone call to the moment I walked out, the entire team treated me like family. They answered every question with patience, kept me informed at every step, and provided care that felt both clinical and deeply human. Their communication is stellar, their pricing fair, and their hearts? Wide open. They didn’t just care for Gwen — they cared for me, too. And in a scary moment, they gave me peace. I will never forget the love they showed us that day and during the follow up appointment as well.   While moving to Springfield and scouting for a good care facility for my cats, I felt good about VCA Parkcrest. I needed to board my cats to spare them the unnecessary anxiety of my move. They took great care of my two boys, although we always have separation anxiety issues no matter what. They cried all the way to my new home and were understandably somewhat disoriented at the new surroundings. However they're settling in. I was very happy with their care and the staff at VCA. After several years of great care at Mountain View Animal Hospital, VCA will be our new Animal Hospital and Pet boarding facility. 🙏👍🏻🫡

  Called about their free first visit. Was told they had a flyer that was good till December. Texted my mother whos dog is having issues and shes broke about it. She went in person to see about the free visit and she was told there was no such thing. So which one of yall is lying? We understand treatment isnt free but what is a free visit? Thermometer up the butt and thats it?
