- AJA J2 days ago1.0Just walked out. Stood in line for a few mintues with no one at the check out line while 2 employees were engaged with a gentleman at another counter nearby. Other employees walked by. Nothing. Any acknowledgement would have been great. I ended up leaving. Had a laptop to pick up at a locker outside so I went to grab it and the door to my laptop was wide open. Thankfully no one stole it before I got there to pick it up. So I decided to call and maybe let the manager know what happened but the automated system is horrific if you want to get through to a human. So here is my review. Whatever difference it makes.

I was asked if I needed help in each department I visited. New 65in LG TV is great. Don't judge the picture quality... I'm not that skilled at photography.

So the day arrives and drove 2 hours and when I arrived to check in was told that they did not have any Apple techs to do the replacement. Completely unacceptable to let someone schedule the appointment just to turn them away when they arrive for it. Will never use Best Buy again
