    Do not buy big appliances from here. This has been my worst experience in getting them ever and I'm not young. I spent most of a day off preparing to make sure the experience for them was smooth. Waited during their 4hr time window, disrupted my animals, nothing shows up, no call nothing. Not until after the appointment do I get a "spam" call. No one can tell me why my delivery was messed up, just that I have to wait another week now, wait during another apt time, disruption for my animals, again. They offered nothing for the huge inconvenience this has become. My time is not free and they continue to waste it, like I dont matter. I will never buy from them and I suggest others do the same.

    Yesterday, i went to make a payment on my Best Buy credit card. At customer service (not), the girl ran my check and it wouldn't go through. She kept saying something was wrong with my check like i was trying to pass a bad check. There was nothing wrong with my check. I make payments every month with a check. Then, she asked if i could make the payment with a debit card so i transferred money to my debit card and when i swiped the card it asked for my pin. I don't have a pin. Then the girl and manager said i couldn't pay with a debit card if i didn't have a pin but didn't tell me that before i transferred the money. Then the girl asked if i could pay with cash. I didn't have that much cash on me. The customer service including the manager are incompetent. They couldn't answer how i'm supposed to pay my bill if i can't pay with a check or a credit card! I'll never set foot in Best Buy again. I can't stand the stupidity of their customer service! I even tried to call and kept getting people who can't speak english. I found out Best Buy headquarters is in Minnesota and that pretty much explains everything. I was also told i could make a payment at Citibank but when i googled it, google said No, you can't make a payment at a Citibank! Today, i'll send my check by mail and pray the mail gets my payment there on time.

    Went in to look at purchasing a chest freezer. I could not find an associate for about 10 minutes. Went up front and asked for help twice. Waited another 29 minutes in appliances. Went to the computer desk and found 5 employees in blue shirts just standing around talking. I asked for the manager. One of them WAS the manager!! I asked for his name.. Ty “the supervisor”. I asked Ty why I have been waiting for 30 minutes for help but yet he and 4 other employees are just standing around. Ty stated that he just figured I had been helped. I asked Ty to then help me since he didn’t actually make sure I had been helped or taken care of. Ty then told me I could just leave the store since I was obviously upset. I told him I was upset because I just find them goofing around talking. Will be emailing cooperate, I want to talk to his boss.

    I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 ($1,500) in cash at the Springfield, MO store on Feb 1st. Despite verifying my address at checkout, Best Buy shipped it to an address in California. I caught the error while it was in transit and contacted support immediately. ​I was explicitly instructed by Best Buy to let the package be delivered to the wrong address so they could initiate a replacement to my local store. I followed their directions exactly. Today, I went to pick up the replacement, only to be told it was canceled. Best Buy is now refusing to give me the computer OR a refund until they recover the original item from California—an item they sent to the wrong state and that I have no physical way of retrieving. ​They have acknowledged the error is theirs but are essentially holding my $1,500 hostage. As a college student, this is a devastating financial hit. This is the worst 'customer service' I have ever experienced. Avoid this company if you value your money or your time.     Yesterday I bought a New IBuyPower desktop computer. Ill start with why I gave this a 2... rather than less. I have always gone into this store. And the staff are fairly knowledgeable and always super friendly. I have no quam with the staff in general. However I am absolutely livid at the fact I buy a computer get it home spend a significant amount of time getting games and other things downloaded that I plan to play with friends ect... only to wake up the Next morning excited.. and have the Machine Not work.. I spent most of the day trying to work around on the PC getting it to work.. to finally call geek squad I dont know what other action to take. I spend 20 minutes on hold... fine I expect that. But then explain whats going on and the required hangs up on me.. So now I have spent 3/4 day already POed I just spent all this Money on a tower that doesnt work, and the service I PAID for hung up on me... I take some time to cool myself off.. and eventually try to call back again stuck on hold . And am told that I can bring it in... and they will see if they can get it fixed that day quickly.. I drive a back to the facility... And am told its going to take 3 days to get it fixed which means likley with my schedule i wont have it for another week... they say if I want i can take another cheaper one for store credit... or I can pay for a upgraded one. Why would I want store credit when at this point I will probably never shop this company again? And why would I pay to upgrade when I picked what I wanted and they failed to provide a working product... and now I have spent a full day of my time dealing with their poor product? I have never had such a terrible experience with shopping for a product in my life...
