    Mason was amazing! Not only did he help me find where the batteries were for my keys and air tag but ALSO took the time to do the tedious task of changing the batteries in both my keys and my air tag!! Customers service was great!!

    They have lost my warranty product they claimed to have sent in to Apple. They do not answer the phone. It is auto-forwarded to general support. Best Buy customer support can do nothing but make a note and request the local store call. They do not call. Apple tells me to talk to FedEx because they haven’t received it yet and only show “Service requested”. How can I talk to FedEx about a product I didn’t give them? Maddening. Everyone is kind and polite, including the local people I gave the watch to. Just something systematically broken. It isn’t life or death but is a frustrating thing. Some day it will be resolved…maybe. Maybe this post will help? At least they have been nice people.

    Went to the Verizon store to get a new phone. Process inside store was fine. The phone I wanted had to be shipped to me. Asked the employee to verify it was being sent to my address and not to my parents as they live 16 hours away and there was not an opportunity to see the screen myself. Employee said yes. The phone was sent to my parents. After spending 3 hours with customer service, I have to wait for the phone to be shipped back to Verizon before they can reprocess my order. But hey, at least I'm out the sales tax while my phone order is in limbo.

    Bought a fridge here, the buying experience went well. However, delivery and wait has been a nightmare. Bought the fridge over 2 weeks ago, we are total tech members, the fridge was at another store less than 30 miles from the Springfield store and delivery location. If we lived in Springfield delivery would have been in less than a week even though it came from the Branson location. Delivery location was closer than Springfield and had to wait over 2 weeks. The original delivery date was changed by Best Buy. Our salesmen called and left a message but would not return our calls to tell him we needed it on the original date. We changed our plans, we were called the night before regarding delivery would be before noon. Now it’s says 2 pm and the driver has supposedly been in route since 11:30 and won’t answer even customer service calls. Customer service after the sale is extremely poor.

    Yeah absolutely worst customer service. Takes forever for somebody to come and help you and when they do they don't even keep the promises they make. Try to reschedule my deliveries three times and then he lied to me about the times being delivered. Will never use them again this is why that company is going bankrupt
