    Never got asked if I needed assistance, the employee's just kept chatting about coffee break. I stood there for almost 20 mins and even tried to ask questions about the laptop I intended to purchase. Still now luck. No ill take my miney elsewhere.

    Just walked out. Stood in line for a few mintues with no one at the check out line while 2 employees were engaged with a gentleman at another counter nearby. Other employees walked by. Nothing. Any acknowledgement would have been great. I ended up leaving. Had a laptop to pick up at a locker outside so I went to grab it and the door to my laptop was wide open. Thankfully no one stole it before I got there to pick it up. So I decided to call and maybe let the manager know what happened but the automated system is horrific if you want to get through to a human. So here is my review. Whatever difference it makes.

    Bought a Canon R50, it came within 3 days, picked it up while buying a case and SD card, Micheal was amazing!!! He told me about lens covers for better outside photos and since i’m doing pet photography I had to get one.

    Bought an LG TV here just before Christmas. Customer service was good. No sales pressure. Location was busy due to the holiday. I was asked if I needed help in each department I visited. New 65in LG TV is great. Don't judge the picture quality... I'm not that skilled at photography.

    Took 4 days to finally get an appointment scheduled for an iPhone battery replacement. So the day arrives and drove 2 hours and when I arrived to check in was told that they did not have any Apple techs to do the replacement. Completely unacceptable to let someone schedule the appointment just to turn them away when they arrive for it. Will never use Best Buy again
