  Store attendants was not knowledgeable in the phones they had available lack of interest in our purchase manager tried to have our cashier ( not trained or ready to be taking care of customers) stop our transaction ( I was adding a line with new phone ) to cash out another customer. Personal store business ( the fact that they had a drawer 80 dollars short ) was spoke about over a phone call in front of customers all of us customers got more then uncomfortable and I could tell I wasn't the only one that just wanted to leave immediately after manager said that. It's bad for business to have store issues like that told in front of customers. Think the manager may have been more then overwhelmed at that time and needed more TRAINED help in that store then a first day training girl and a untrained girl who was obviously nervous about the missing money. She started shaking when it was said. Besides all of this I'm very un happy with the phones as they are extremely low ram with extremely high prices. Cricket used to have good phones and decent prices 😔 plz fix this as I don't want to have to switch carriers

  Tyler was super helpful. I brought my new phone in and he was very knowledgeable and able to get everything transferred over.
