Just left from our first ever visit to your store to buy Pokémon. Were new to Pokémon. And we dont resell it. Ever.
We took 1 booster box a pc. And passed on the EX boxes so other ppl could get Pokémon as well. I told other ppl in-line how many were left and a woman who works for you all screamed at me. I was just tryn to let others know they had a chance at a box. We took less than we were allowed to help others get some. My cashier was friendly. Long haired gentleman. He was great. The woman who screamed at me for tryn to inform customers should be fired. Ive always heard how bad this best buy was. And they were right. We wont go back. You are gonna get a bunch of other bad reviews today to. You guys earned them. Go to target . Best buy is over priced on most products and rude. Your store will close eventually and we will laugh.

I had a horrible experience recently that involved Best Buy in Springfield. A criminal walked into the phone department and purchased 5 brand new apple devices (3 new iphones, 2 apple watches) and had them added to my Verizon account. He had made several attempts to log into my Verizon throughout the month from various locations (walmart and Wichita, KS) with no success. It sent me alert texts each time. However, on this date 3/30/26 he was able to bypass and successfully get into my account to add his devices to my Verizon, with the help from a female employee working at the phone department who was helping him from their ipad, and did not even ask for his ID. He gave her a fake name, paid in cash, and left with 5 new devices, placed on MY Verizon account. I had to file a police report where the officer obtained his photo and video surveillance footage of the female employee helping him. Luckily I caught it same day by looking at my account online and asked Verizon to disconnect the devices. There is NO way he would have gotten access without the help of the employee who allowed it so they could make the sale. What a horrible invasion of privacy and security this has caused, due to Best Buy and its reckless employee! Due to this, I've switched over to ATT and will never be giving Best Buy any of my business in the future!

Bought a new pc from here and it went on sale the next day. They refuse to price adjust their own products. From now on ill just drive to kansas city for better computer needs at micro center

I have been gping to this Best Buy since i was a teenager when it opened. I cannot express enough the fact that I shop EXCLUSIVELY at this store if im getting a new TV or computer components. They have wild sales all the time, they ship to store or your home, they have an amazing customer service team, and all of their products are top of the line. When you want tech that is exactly as advertised or better, go to this Best Buy. Thank you guys for all these years of awesome products. Qm6 was my last Buy. Next is an OLED!!!

I ordered a new S26 Ultra for pickup and trade in, then called and waited through the new pathetic AI system. After 10 minutes, I finally got ahold of somebody at a Best Buy call center and clarified with him multiple times that I would be able to pick up my new phone and had 72 hours to turn in my trade-in, despite the app saying to bring your trade-in device to the pickup counter.
I then drove all the way to the store and spoke with two managers, an employee at the pickup desk, and Geek Squad, only for all of them to tell me that I could not leave the store with both my trade-in device and my new phone, and that I did not have 72 hours to turn it in.
Best Buy just lost over $1,000 over this, and I canceled my order.
No one seemed to understand or care, even though I had the phone call recorded, having had a feeling this would happen. My primary phone is the device that has to be switched over, and I need time to transfer 23,130 photos/videos and several thousand text messages before I can hand my phone over. That transfer is estimated to take between six and nine hours.
This was a waste of fuel and a lot of time already.
Having prior management experience, I feel this could have been handled much better, especially since I am initially charged the full retail price of the phone, which is clearly disclosed, and I am not refunded until they verify that my trade-in device matches.
