That’s a shame because it’s young lady went above and beyond to assist me. Everybody in that store located at 901 NE Coronado Dr, in Blue Springs, MO, 64014 deserved an outstanding review, but especially Kennedy. She solved my issues with my cell phone, gave me a clear understanding of what I could do if the same thing happened again it was extremely cordial and helpful. It’s always a great day when you see a young person achieving a high level of professionalism at their occupation. As far as her demeanor and presence, she demonstrated an appreciation for me as a customer and her job. She went overboard to make sure that this customer had a positive experience and I left the store, satisfied! And by the way, Nice Nails!☺️

If you want to talk to someone specific, ask for Chris, he fixed my issue within minutes, where i thought it was going to take hours! Great people in that store!!!!

I felt as she cared about my situation rather than just trying to sell me a phone. One of the best experiences I have had at a phone store thanks to Madison.
