Not the same for the store in Marshall where there was a great lack of care about my concerns and zero attempt to be professional. Furthermore, my main concern is this companies lack of appreciation for loyal customers. They offer phones to new customers for free or a fraction of what they charge loyal customers for an upgrade. I just feel like they do more to get new customers and very little if anything at all to show appreciation for existing customers.

My husband needed a new phone after his ext.speaker broke... and after 3 1/2 years of loyalty and perfect payment history they offered to LET HIM buy an $800.00 phone. We took our business to Cricket and they were great! They got us into 2 new phones and same service we had. Very satisfied! Is there no value in loyalty? I won't mention the carrier but they aren't the only option in town.
