  Cricket service has been the worst experience possible. The in store employees are usually kind, but that's about it. I don't have issues with the service itself. My partner and I both bought Motorola razr flips on their $100 deal about a year ago, got the $90/month for 2 lines and am paying $12 a month for their cricket protect at tier 5. Turns out, both of our phones have parts that are discontinued or SOMETHING, causing them to be only eligible for a $250 replacement phone if damaged in any way. Neither of us were made aware of this at any point. We're obviously purchasing the cheapest phone plan not out of frugality but necessity. One of our phones main screens broke. Try to file a claim, only given the replacement option. Talk to support, they say huh that's weird call claims dept. Call claims dept, they give us the news that our phones are not eligible for repair. I ask why I've even been paying the $12 a month. $250 is half my rent. It's more than double what we paid for the phones themselves. This company is a joke.

  I came in not expecting much help because of past experiences. But i was greeted and met the new DM was amazing Caitlyn! She helped me so much! I'm autistic and have trouble handling things or understanding. She calmed me down and walked me through things every step of the way and it was very calming for me. She made the process easy, reassured me I was okay and just made me feel normal! She made me want to give this store another shot! Thank you so much!

  Update: Still 1 star. The lack of service made me go into Walmart. This is unforgivable. Went in to this location to buy a phone outright for a backup for an upcoming repair. The gentleman refused to sell me the phone without a new line. Terrible service because of your shitty metrics system. Do better.
