She didn't rush me in selecting a plan and a new phone and she was just so kind and understanding during a stressful time. My phone kept turning off and restarting which made transferring my information to the new phone so frustrating but she was patient as can be and we got it done in the end. I can't praise her enough for the great customer service I received. Thank you Lorelei!
