    Store manager was a amazing helping replace my 65 inch TV after a nightmare with Customer support on the phone overseas trying to downsell me on a replacement with the insurance 😀 manager inside the physical store took over explained how they were misinformed and then did the replacement for the correct TV. This store 10/10. Best Buy call center thats been outsourced -100/10.

    The geek squad is such a joke. Took my Mac here to reinstall macOS and they informed me it would be $250 to “reinstall a startup disc.” What it actually needed was the date and time changed. While I was waiting I’m assuming the guy that was the “supervisor” started telling another employee all the things he did wrong in front of another customer instead of addressing the situation in private. He wasn’t even nice about it. The poor kid was just trying to help the older gentleman. Anyways won’t be back to for ANY repairs here ever.

    Great service but the store needs a good cleaning. I think Best Buy sells vacuum cleaners just open a box and demo one in the store.

    Should absolutely change their name to "Worst Buy" The customer service is severely lacking. Best buy has apparently canceled my phone insurance back in September for non payment. However they never reached out and when I look back at my banking the charges came out on the 5th every month with no missed payment including December 5th. When we appeared in store to do a claim on the phone we were told we didn't have insurance. I've been round and round with the store managers and corporate number. No one is offering to make this right or even simply refund the money they have taken every month for insurance I apparently don't have. I have shown screenshots of the transactions and was told to take them to court. We do a lot of business with this store but we won't be back. I suggest shopping anywhere else!

    I tried to get a price match from a item I bought on Friday that went on sale on Monday. I was given the run around on the phone and couldn't make it out to the store yesterday because of storm that had the highways closed. I tried to call the store and was sent to talk to someone overseas and was on hold for over an hour and they said that I needed to go in store the next day. Called the today and was on hold for over and hour again and thought I was going to get it resolved only to be switched to another department and hold for 30mins and then hung up on. So I went in the store and was told because it's not the same day of the sale they can't look back so I asked could they look it up like the people that I talked to on the phone and was told they aren't connected to the phone people and there is nothing they can do, so I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he was the manager, so I asked for his boss and he said the lady standing next to him was his boss, so I asked for her supervisor and she told me to call corporate the same number that had me on hold for hours and kept getting the run around. This is my last time ever dealing with Best Buy. Not being able to talk directly to the store was part of the scam that I couldn't price match they promise they will do especially for an item bought from their store days ago. The workers in the store were not helpful but they were nice, I can't say that about a few of the phone call people. This was unacceptable and they have permanently lost a customer.
