    I was chillin' on the couch, texting my honies, when my Pixel Pro XL 9 decided it can't read SIM cards anymore. I saw this store was an easy ten minutes away, so I headed over real quick to see they were on break. An employee came in, and didn't say anything. I proceeded to wait 50 minutes and they never reopened. I had to go to South County which is such a nightmare.

    The gentleman I have talked to in the past was very nice and helpful, however the redheaded woman I talked to today was incredibly rude and condescending. I had a very simple issue that took no time to fix but she had an attitude the entire time while smacking her gum like a goat. Customer service was absolute garbage.
