I made the mistake of trying to use Best Buy;
I went in to purchase a dash cam and was told they can order it online and it will be at my door tomorrow, so I went through with the purchase.
My bank paid Best Buy; then Best Buy sent me a text claiming my order got canceled and I have to wait a week to get my money back and there’s no
way they can get it to me when they
agreed.

Worst customer service ever! First they want you to make an appointment to go to their store then you drive there for half an hour, after that all you got is another phone number to call. You call the phone number, and they tell you that they DO NOT REPAIR PHONES and they offer you a replacement with a refurbished phone but to do that you also need to pay another $149.99- other than your monthly payments. Finally when you call them to cancel your Geek Squad plan, they do not even ASK what was the problem or how they can improve their service, you just talk to a recorded voice and cancel it. I will Never ever purchase a geek squad plan again.
