  On June 27th, I placed an order to have the batteries replaced in 2 different iPhones at the same time. Unfortunately, they don’t carry the parts in stock, so I had to wait for them to come in. I was called on the evening of the 3rd to bring in the first phone the next day. After a 30 minute wait in line on the 4th, I dropped it off and it was repaired in 4 hours. When I picked it up, I asked about the status of the 2nd phone’s battery. They said it was already in and they had already called me. I insisted they hadn’t, they had only called about the 1st phone. I didn’t have the 2nd phone so I left. I received a call that the 2nd phone’s battery was in the next morning (the 5th). I drove the phone up there and dropped it off. After about an hour, I get a call that they don’t have the battery for it and it had been mixed up with another order. They held the phone for 6 days, until the 11th, when they were finally able to repair it. Make sure if you are going to use this service that you have hours of time to waste and a backup phone to use. I had 5 trips up there with long wait times, and we were without a phone for almost a week.

  Definitely recommend their service! The techs there know their stuff, and I had my machine fixed in about 20 minutes. It was a wonderful experience!

  They are crazy busy... The staff was very nice. But I felt like I could have just gone straight thru Samsung. But the staff were very awesome. Just make sure you make an appointment.
