  Can't access the app to pay my bill online. Every time I try to login it says wrong information. Every month my bill goes up 5 or $10. In order to speak to someone you literally have to wait till 11:00 a.m. The only phone store I know that opens at 11:00 is cricket

  Jay was very knowledgeable, helpful courtesy it was very good with helping me make the right decision on getting a new phone any also took care of the most difficult things that I didn't know he did them for me. He's an awesome, amazing yg man. I thank God for ppl like him we need more of Jay's in this world
