She is actually taking care of the customer 100% and offers all different types of deal on almost 12 different phones for free only paying activation $25 dollars and 60 dollar plan. I payed $160 with accessories for my Samsung A16 very good deal. This services is better than boost mobile and metro pcs by far i get coverage every where I go. Very happy to leave metro pcs and be part of the cricket network. The review before sound incorrect because that manager lady goes above and beyond for her customer. She is awesome and also transferred all my data into new device. Thank you... Definitely will be telling friends and family to go to this store....
- LSL.M SalmanJan 15, 20261.0This happened in this Store , The Lady Manger doesn't understand how rude and disrespectful she is , honestly I think she is a little deranged from the cold look she on her face , she didnt want to help the moment I entered and asked about a person I knew he worked there , she didnt provided neither plan/device nor information, Without doubt its the worst wireless store of them all, I went asking about information and prices, I didnt think that i would be received like that in any kind of store, cricket is good provider but a little pricey and doesn't offer promo deals and discounts like boost mobile or metro, there have plans and services . I like it better than boost ,
