- FAfrank anthony5 days ago5.0I would like to give a shoutout to the Best Buy Install team South County Location a "Shout Out" I went to buy a remote start and had a few questions. I arrived at the store on Lindbergh and proceeded to the install area. I met with one of the employees that stopped what he was doing to help me with my questions. After he gave me some very well detailed answers, I purchased my remote start and what I needed to get it installed in my vehicle. I followed up by returning and making an appointment, Again I met a nice employee who stopped what he was doing to log me in for the install. Needless to say he was also very knowledgeable and was the one that would be installing what I had purchased. That brings me to a recent visit. I was near the store, so I stopped in to see if there were any cancellations to fit me in earlier. The employees AGAIN stopped what they were doing and were very pleasant while they checked the schedule for any earlier openings. Unfortunately there was not, but they were very nice and understanding. I haven't had my remote start installed yet but I will follow up once it's done. Thanks again for the pleasant experience shopping with you guys and oh yeah, I need to add they were about 300 dollars cheaper that the place across from them.

When I asked if they could help me with the soundbars. Their response - Yea, I don't know why they don't work. They probably should. :/

He answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently, provided us with everything we needed, and was very nice, friendly, and thoughtful while doing so. I can say with full confidence that his kindness made my day and I wouldn’t have wanted to go to anyone else for my AV receiver installation.

They said they couldn't return it in store, I pulled up their return policy that specific states that you can return these items in store. They fought with me for a long time till I asked for the store manager name and the info I would need to elevate this to the corporate office. After that they found a "work around" and we're able to complete the return.
