  I would give negative stars to apple support team if I can. I had iphone 16 which would degrade battery after it was plugged in. I could only charge wireless. I took it the apple store multiple times, best buys, and diagnostics with apple team. They all couldn't figure out problem. They all told me that I would have send the phone and they would fix it for free but it would take 10 to 15 business days, but they would not give me the loaner phone. After long arguments, they finally gave me the loaner phone which also had software that corrupted. I was told to take back to the apple store again. The apple store is about 2 hrs away. This has been extremely frustrating experience. I learned apple does not provide any kind warranty even if they say they do it for one year.

  I’ve been sitting here waiting for help at my scheduled appointment for over 30 minutes, take your business elsewhere the staff here are not capable of handling anything within a timely manner

  Checked in with the store salesperson at 10:36AM and was told it would be a 3 hour wait, asked if I could shop and still be in line while still inside the mall, was told YES. THEY would TEXT me when they were ready for me. Went back to the store at 12:30 PM to wait for my appointment and waited until 2:30 pm before I decided to ask what place I was in line. Sales representative said it would be 2:50pm and that they had never checked me in. Pissed is an understatement on how mad I was.I live out of town, 2 hour drive home. I will never return to the Apple Store for assistance with my iPhone again. Better off calling them from home and shipping my phone in for repairs. I pay for AppleCare, I should have been informed better by the staff at this store. Terrible customer service!!!
