  Demos and checkout should be completely different areas. There’s no reason why a 60+ year old needs a demo when there are people waiting to be checked out. While waiting, simply asking if there’s another way to get checked out, a big girl who clips her hair up in a purple clip will disrespectfully tell you that you can do self check out. WHY AFTER WAITING YOU FINALLY TELL US THERE’S SELF CHECKOUT!? AND TELL ME WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE!? THEN SHE GETS SURPRISED THAT ENERGY GOT BACK TO HER X10. If you’re gonna start a fight, learn how to finish it. Feel free to visit this store if you want to argue, they’ll be more than happy to start!

  Megan was so patient, kind, and helpful! I had to buy a new phone because I damaged mine and she made the whole experience much less stressful. She even helped me walk my mom with dementia through finding her AT&T information for me (over the phone) and showed nothing but patience and kindness even when things were difficult. Thank you!

  The Hispanic/Samoan looking chubby guy seems to be prejudice towards black people 2 times I was there months apart for the Apple training class to learn to use Apple products. I seen him do the same thing both times I was there. 1st times a black couple walks in and a few minutes after a white woman walks in the both wait in line he walks past black group to speak to white woman. 2nd time a black guy walks in and a few minutes later a white woman comes in a he agains walks past black person to speak to the white woman. Thank goodness both times the white woman spoke up and each times the white woman said the black person was there 1st and he went to the black group after they spoke up. He should not be working there.

  The stuff seems unprofessional. Most act like they don’t even work there. I don’t know where they hire them from but considering how much these phones cost, they could do better.

  Understaffed. Inefficient. Salesforce spends way too much time with customers v. those ready to buy. At times telling people to.come back "tomorrow". If only my spouse would switch to an Android like me or buy online.
