I make my way in and the associate stated he cannot help me since the phone is broke, which is WHAT the apple care services is for. He states only way I can do it is online (to where i’m unsure why there is even the option to do so in store if he can’t help) I then leave, try to do the online service and they didn’t close any ticket of repair therefore i’ve now been on hold with apple support for 30 minutes for a tech support agent to assist, she now has to call the store and have them close the repair that he apparently couldn’t do? and somehow she can help me but a physical location can’t? Yeah- doesn’t make sense to me either. Update: Javon was able to assist after going up there for a second time and actually doing what the first guy claimed ‘wasn’t possible’. Thank you Javon, for turning my day around and actually showing what customer service is supposed to look like and getting me my replacement phone.

It would be nice to go to a store that is willing to help. We even said that if they’d help us, we’d buy a new product but they didn’t care. Sad
