Sales experience was top notch. Install of my dishwasher resulted in damage to my kitchen cabinet. Installed incorrectly and had a loud noise when the door was opened all the way. Called 1-800 to have someone come correct it. Call center person had a language barrier and sent maintenance person. This person corrected it BUT the screw was so big the installer used when it was removed it left a large crack on the cabinet trim. Maintenance person logs the issue, original installer comes back and he denies the claim saying it wasn’t him. Now I have a damaged kitchen cabinet and no one will take responsibility.
Best Buy has no control over their subs and is NOT protecting the customer even after purchasing ever add on possible to protect myself.
Went in yesterday to look at phones.Was so slow three or four different team members came up to see if i needed help. Got some useful info. Went back this evening cause i had made a decision. There were two different team members at desks talking to people. I recognized one of the team members from the day before and got in his line because he was only talking to one person, and the other team member had three people waiting. Eventually a third team walked up to me (a supervisor maybe?) and in a rather flat tone asked me if i needed anything. I explained i was there to get a phone. In the same flat tone he explained there were three people ahead of me and that there was only one person working the floor -- was really confused why there were two team members working the floor and why there were two lines -- i explained that i didn't need to activate the phone i just needed the device (for some reason i thought i could simply take the device to the checkout at the front of the store, but i guess not). In the same flat tone he repeated that there were three people ahead of me, one person working the floor, and it would be a 15minute wait.
It's amazing the supervisors/management waste company resources and business by scheduling so many team members during slow hours where the company is paying people to stand around and not enough team members during peak hours when its easier for people to simply shop online or go down the street to a different electronics department.

Unprofessional employees, rude, poor customer service, poor personal hygiene. I don't know who Mr Ponytail is but he was incredibly rude and dismissive, interrupted me while I was asking a question and walked away, then proceeded to watch me from a distance instead of simply coming back and checking if I needed anything. This store and the people in it need a lot of work. If you can't handle customer service then you need to work somewhere else.
Ps. Your hair line is tragic.

Every single time I go to this best buy I get the ick from the employees being so lazy. (Not all of them) I had customer support tell me to go to the store to get help with my new phone and trade in, and the employees told me they were not about to help me. The customer support agent told me exactly what to say and then the manager was like "oh yeah we can do that but it's going to be more work for us" avoid this bestbuy.

Shut this store down!!! Horrible customer service! The old lady African American “manger” whose name starts with a V literally cussed me out when I asked for help!!! With numerous witnesses INCLUDING KIDS. This store is an absolute joke. Tons of customers waiting to give Best Buy their money and are being IGNORED as the THREE (yep V included that as she cussed me out) employees inside were too busy filling online orders and throwing them, LITERALLY THROWING TVs behind their desk. I witnessed V THROW someone’s purchase in her cart as she wondered around the store not helping anyone. I was in absolute shock when I was cussed out and threatened by the manager because I waited over 30 minutes to make a $1k+ purchase and no one could help me. Again shut this store down! Save your massive rent to Brentwood Plaza. Numerous employees walked by just ignoring the customers as they piled up by the front door. Saying “oh well will have someone with soon”. Best Buy Corporate has been contacted and that “manager” needs to be fired. That kind of behavior is pitiful for such a big company. She hides her cussing and comments behind her mask she wears for no reason. I would rather throw my cash out the window than give it to this store. SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
