  I'll be loyal to this Apple Store as long as it stays in the St Louis Galleria. I wish they'd relocate to a better space, but until then, I'll still be a regular customer. I don't understand why other customers complain, I have always gotten excellent customer service. Even when I come in with stupid questions or a simple problem, they always treat me with respect and don't make me feel like an idiot. They're patient while teaching me a new skill. When it's time for new iPhones, I no longer go through my cellphone carrier, I come straight to the source and buy mine directly through Apple. I also always give good positive feedback to the surveys I receive after each shopping experience. If I did have a bad one, I'd share that with them too, but it has never happened. I am a fan of this store and proudly give them 5 Stars.

  Plan for over 20+ minutes to pickup an purchased item. I was told it should take around 5 minutes and had to leave due to it taking too long (wasted my break time). Store was not busy and had many associates just standing around. Asked an associate for help since it had been taking a long time after checking in, just to be told to wait because they arent able to get the item, nor get someone else to get it.

  Customer service is nonexistent here. After waiting for assistance for almost 30 minutes, I went to the West County location & was acknowledged right away. Don’t waste your time at the Apple Store in the Galleria.

  The only thing this store know to do well is to refuse people’s trade ins. I took a year old unlocked phone and they told me it was being denied because of modifications. Phone hasn’t been altered in anyway and still looks brand new and under settings theirs is no history of repairs or modifications. They wasted my full hour with back and forth and then turned me down.

  Would not replace a $75 dongle that just stopped working. Phone support had me make a genius bar appointment so that Ben could tell me my option is to buy a new one.
