- SCSteve Clark5 days ago1.0STOP STOP STOP.. Don't go here...verizon was (past tence) was the best. But not now. They lie straight to your face. They set up my phone wrong.. Did not listen to me at all.. I was allways nice ..I went back to store to have it straighten out.. Sells person still did not listen. I had to go too a private store..he told me its not set up right..I had to drive to Kansas city main office too have it fixed..they gave me a letter to give to st. Joe store. Plus main office in KC. said don't go to St. Joe any more. Because of complaints they have had many. I closed one an account about 2 years ago completely closed...but Verizon was still selling to someone who I did not know..I asked who it was and how did they get in a closed acc. He said that information was private..WHAT? they were ordering phones through my old closed acc. Charging my bank $$ with my 2 year old closed account St. Joe did so one thing fast..they took my $100 tip.. Do not go here..they are so bad they make cricket or boost look good.. I have more to come..keep you posted...

Omar, guided me to my option of a new business number that is on my current phone and still have old number. Costs me some more a month on that line but well worth saving all the hassle. Omar was outstanding!
