    Deepesh, Connor & Sam. I am grateful for them! Conner is the leader of the pack. Sam and Deepesh are great wing men. Conner was patient with me after trading in my iphone for a Google and then changing my mind. I think I spent four hours over three days there with him and the guys. Grateful we have them working in St Joe. Phones take patience and no one has any….thankfully, if you need something, anything, these guys have your back.

    I had such a great experience at Verizon when I came in to get a new phone. Sam and Deepesh who helped me were friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my new device before I left. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure everything was set up the right way. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and helpful, and I left feeling confident in both my purchase and my choice to stay with Verizon.     Long story so I aint gonna go into it other than CONNER is a rock star. BUT, I did drive 2.5 hours to St Joe to take a chance because it was the closest Cellular Sales store after I Purchased phones at the Iowa State Fair from their booth there. Then to find out if you had returns you have to return said phones to them. Not just any Verizon store. With that said.. Conner went above, beyond, and around everything to help me out with my problem of getting DUPPED. He did everything he could to help and it is so appreciated that he did that. You need a GREST Verizon store sales guy. Conner is that person. I go by St Joe a few times a year and would now go out of my wat to stop in to have Conner take care of my Verizon needs. When you go to this Verizon store. Ask for Conner. His customer service and caring about a customer who he had never seen or spoke with is top notch. Thank you Conner.

    My 79 yo mil took her Apple 15 plus phone to this store. She accidentally dropped it cookie dough while baking. I am the account holder so they had to get my permission for any changes to her account. I was at work and received a text stating “Hey, this is Deepesh with Verizon. I’m here with Tomie here at the St Joe Verizon. Her phone is busted and incapable of being repaired. The solution to this problem is a new phone and since you are authorized on the account I am reaching out to you for permission essentially.” I tried calling them and they did not answer so I replied back “Hi. Is this new phone covered under her warranty?” I was thinking she may have had a warranty on her phone, but could not remember at the time. Then I get this response, “ yes all of the phones will be protected under warranty so in case she drops her phone in the cookie dough again she won’t have to upgrade she will just get her phone back in the mail.” I immediately replied back, “ Sorry. Just to clarify. The new phone is free? I do NOT want to add a warranty. Can you call me please?” (This is all copy paste from our text thread.) At this point we fonallyy connect by phone call and he informs me he cannot remove the warranty from already being added but it shouldn’t be on the bill, but if it is then I can call in and it will reimbursed on the next bill cycle. I don’t understand why a warranty was ever added and I never asked to add anything to my account. I explained this to him and he said he can’t do anything else at this time, I just need to watch my next bill to see if I was charged. This is a big deal bc I have 7 lines on my account. That’s a good chunk of money I am out if billed due to a store associate making a huge mistake. I received an email from the warranty company 2-3 days later stating it was activated, which is what I would have expected from this. This is a huge inconvenience to me. I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been cancelled and the employee call in to make sure it was not added at the point of sale. While I love Verizon’s coverage, I am very frustrated with Verizon’s sales and customer service.
