There was lots wrong with the PC and I wouldve thought they would have been able to understand that but I guess not. Had I have been able to understand computers at the time, I probably couldve helped her fix it, but sadly that wasnt the case at the time.

They search the entire contents of your computer and even kept the SD card that was in my computer. I asked them about it and said it was my fault for leaving it in there. Save your money and pay your 14 year old neighbor who will do a better job and knows more than these jokers.
