    Love love love Cricket and their staff in Saint Joseph at both locations! The service is amazing, the phones work well and again the staff is always helpful! Thank you St Joseph Cricket staff!

    THE WORST! If this review stops even one person from getting into a huge headache like it did me, I’ll be happy. The store itself was fine, customer service in store was fine. This company in general? A flat out scam. I’m a “valued customer” that has used this company for many years & always paid my bill religiously every month. On June 24th I upgraded 2 lines on my account. One online first because they didn’t have the phone in store that I wanted, I paid the upgrade fee as required online, I entered my shipping information & made sure it was correct, they GUARANTEED I would have my phone the very next day or my money back. Then I went in store to upgrade the second one, again paying the required fees. I added insurance to a device and wasn’t told I owed anything. At midnight all 5 LINES on my account were shut off “due to non payment”, but it gets better... my bill wasn’t due until the 7th of July. I owed $3 and some change for insurance, that again I was never told about nor did I ever receive anything via text letting me know I had a balance owed. My account was suspended for that lousy $3 that they never told me I owed. When my lines were suspended the “system” changed my due date to the 25th of each month, making my whole bill that I just paid on the 7th of July due again. I paid all the required fees to do the upgrades so how did I all the sudden owe a whole bill when I actually only owed the $3 and some change for an insurance fee. When I call customer service assuming they’re going to fix this mistake that I didn’t make they tell me I’ll have to wait 3-5 for this to be resolved, after pushing blame on the in store help I received. I was hung up on twice, spoke with several supervisors, all which told me “sorry for the errors the system made but you’re going to have to pay your bill we won’t be able to waive these fees the system created.” This company that I have paid faithfully each month for several years REFUSED to fix their errors, and wanted to leave me without 5 phones for “3 to 5 days” while they sorted out their issue, all of which they told me might not be resolved in those 3 to 5 days and I still might have to pay my bill. Each representative would tell me something different, each would leave me on hold for 20-45 minutes, when asked to speak to a supervisor they would say “sorry they’re on a call & since your phones are shut off and you don’t have a call back number you’ll just have to call us back as we have other customers to serve.” but yet they couldn’t serve me after waiting on hold all that time? That’s how this company treats their customers after shutting off their phones & making them sit on hold for upto 45 minutes for their mistake. At the very end of the day when I was fed up, I went in store and was able to have my problem solved & my service restored at no charge. But that should’ve happened from the very beginning. And remember that phone I ordered online that was supposed to come the next day? It wasn’t delivered because good ole Cricket Wireless forgot to add a unit number to the shipping label so the phone was sent back! This company’s customer service is rude & VERY unprofessional, which I’ve experienced in the past before this issue. Take your money elsewhere because this place is a joke. You’re not “valued” and when this company creates an issue with your account, THEYRE NOT GOING TO FIX IT.
