- JEJim EllisAug 9, 20255.0Wednesday update: Ok, I removed my original 2 star review. We didn't start off right with Cricket because of some technical issues on the change over. But, Reyna and Vicki at this store went above and beyond in resolving it with customer/tech services. We seriously spent a lot of time patiently waiting for this to be resolved, and Reyna and Vicki both did it with a smile. Woke up this morning and tada.... phones work!!! Thank you Reyna for your tenacity in making everything right. You rock!!! SUNDAY Update #2....Reyna tried her best to help us resolve the issues. Truly tried. Thank you, Reyna! Customer/tech services at Cricket are "trying to resolve" the issue. So far, still not resolved. Monday update: Reyna did some magic and we have one of the 2 phones working! Please Cricket tech get the last one fully working. Thank you, but still not 100% there.
