And then a few months later, when I tried to use it, I was told that it was under contract and the person didn't pay for it, and so now I have a big, nice paper weight that gets Internet. If they would have told me the phone was under contract and money was still out on it, I would have not purchased it.

He also had to deal with an impatient lady at the same time and handled her like a champ. I work in customer service myself and I understand how grueling it can be at times. William did an outstanding job with my very confusing issue and saw it through until the end; of which BTW, went well past closing time. He deserves a raise! I would hire him in a split second!!
