  Had no idea what he was doing, had us there 3 hours to get a new phone and then some how my phone got effected and didn’t work for over a day

  We upgraded my wife's phone and it went great. So I thought I would upgrade mine. We ordered the phone it came in, and I wanted to take it home. I told the associate that was there that I would activate it later. After he rang it up for me I looked down and my current phone had no service. When I mentioned it to the associate they said that it was supposed to be that way. I was not told that taking the new phone with me would deactivate my current one. I didn't have time to activate a new phone, and I had apps that I still needed to use on my old phone. So morel of the story. Don't expect to take your new phone home, and activate it later. The second that they ring the new phone up for you to pay for it. Your old phone will go dead.

  These associates know their stuff. I needed to go back for a different thing and they got me hooked up with Verizon Internet saving me $50 a month from att. Yay!!!!

  I so much appreciate the guy (cannot remember his name) that helped me at the store in Rogersville, MO on November 1st. He was awesome! My phone literally had issues and I couldn't wait for the insurance to send me a replacement so he got me the best deal that he could and helped me restore everything on the new phone. He also helped me on Sunday November 2, because I was having issues with an important app. He really deserves a raise or a promotion. Thank you!

  Consistently allowing customers to park in spot blocking the sidewalk so I can't move my electric wheelchair down that street anymore during the day.
