When customer service told me that I needed to go to a corporate location to finish handling my defected device issue. Very unprofessional. Then there were two other dudes that was snickering in the background and the other black guy with almost baldish gray hair was basically ganging up on me like I'm incompetent as well. Very unappreciated. They should definitely be retrained on how to treat customers!!!! Driving an hour to go to a corporate location to be treated so poorly this time was absolutely shitty. Now the last time when demari was here it was pleasant. She deserves a raise! So the representative NEVER completed their part of the job of sending the new replacement watch to me. Its been almost 2 weeks!
- PFPaul FDec 23, 20255.0I want to give a special thanks to the manager at this Brentwood MO location for being such a big help and going above and beyond in helping me and my brother get his phone service corrected and turned back on. My brother was in a bad situation where he needed to get his phone service working because hes a truck driver and he had to walk couple miles to your store to try to get the situation resolved. Ean the manager at the store jumped in and on 3 way call suggested a resolution to the problem which allowed my brother to resolve the situation and get his Verizon service turned back on fully and was able to get back to work driving his tractor trailer. Thanks again Ean we appreciate your help when you did not have to go as far as you did by staying on the line with us.
