  One of the best haircuts I've ever had, and I lived all over the states, and had a lot of hair cuts at my age!!!.. lol Ms. Roxanne Parker was Awesome!!! Not only did she cut my hair, better than I described but she's a " genuine" person!. I just found out I have breast cancer, this, I wanted to feel better and she really made a difference in how I felt and gave me "support!" I never met her before and she really is genuine and knows how to cut hair too! Trust me, you want to support her business and she will be my permanent hair dresser, once my cancer treatment is done, hopefully I won't loose my hair..lol Thanks Roxanne for all your help!!! Oh, she also got me right in too!!!

  Went into this location to pay my bill and was asked to see my ID well I never got it back talked to someone that morning over the phone and Lord and behold they said they never saw my ID so I tried calling back and no answer they kept hanging the phone up in my face so I decided to go up there and the gentleman said he don't even take customer ID well I pulled mind out and never got it back I will never go back there again not to pay a bill or to buy anything there I know where I left my ID at I just reported it to the police and to the DMV it's a shame people can't be honest. If I could give this a 0 I would for a sore.

  BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My wife and I were looking inistally to get boost mobile. We walked in that store with customers standing around counter waiting. But, I had noticed the cricket store location a few doors down in same strip mall. So, we ran for it, over to the cricket. Shi Alyn greeted us with the most warmest smile right before greeting us. She was attentive, amazing, informative and helpful. Everything you could ever ask from a sales person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

  I went in with basic questions all I got is I don't know, I don't know. Is there someone here that does know???? What happened at this location?? Customer service was amazing. I was frustrated why my phone wasn't working and left more frustrated just pd my bill 3 days ago so now my phone doesn't work and no one has an answer for me???? I live 2 mins from this store. I had to go 20mns out my way. Very disappointed. Maybe it's time to upgrade to a new carrier. Over it!
