- ETElizabeth TaylorSep 10, 20255.0Went to Verizon to get my phone that I had ordered, Emery and Charlie were the gentleman that helped me and let me tell you they both spent at least an hour or two calling customer service doing everything they could so I could leave with my new phone and they were successful. Both great freakin men, very helpful, very kind, very welcoming, very patient, and all around just very great people. You can tell they both wanted to help and make things easier for me. Strongly suggest a pizza party or something for them. Emery and Charlie absolutely great humans.
