  Staff always helps customers out they get supper busy they don't stress out . Take great care off all clients in store . Awsome if they have a new employee Griffen she is great at working there along with other lady's haven't seen man manger in long time is he still manager ? Thank far having the store here in town we need it .please stay

  My uncle went in on 12/26/25 and got a phone plan and a new phone. They told us that if he is not satisfied then he could return it within 7 days as long as the phone was in new condition. Well the phone did not meet his needs so he decided to return the phone which the phone was kept in the box since 12/27/25. We took him to cricket in Piedmont Mo on 12/29/25. Which is still in the 7 day period and phone in the box with the receipt. The lady was rude and hateful to him and told him he could not return the phone and did not give explanation to why she couldn’t refund the phone like they told us and it also says on the receipt that they can refund it within the 7 days. The lady then told him he had to leave and to get out. Will never do business with this company again for their rude and disrespectful behavior and trashy customer service and to not hold up to what they tell you and to what they have printed on their receipt. Left a 1 star review only because It won’t let me leave 0

  Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and kind. Any time I have been into the store the girls were willing and able to help in anyway possible, I’m so grateful to have a store close with friendly customer focused people working inside!

  Went in months ago to get a new phone was waited on by a young blonde with glasses. I looked at several models and she suggested the one I have. I asked several times by explaining my needs and whether this phone would meet those. She assured me that this phone would not be a problem I said again that I didn't want a phone that after installing a couple of apps it begins to slow down and have a mind of it's own as in non responsive. She once again assured me I would be fine. So I paid 175.00 dollars out the door with a months service. Only to now be suffering the fate that I explicable requested that I not suffer cause there are several deals on phones and I was willing to pay a little more but should have been paying allot less. Yes the phone a Motorola g pure bottom of the barrel when it comes to Motorola phones. Which she pushed on me assuring me this was a good phone sure if you don't download more than two apps. Lies, lies and more lies is what I got for a 175.00
