- DRdawn reidOct 13, 20251.0The worker who worked last Thurs. 10/0925 Sucked really bad was so very rude to me because I wanted a phone for my mother who had to go into a nursing home the next morning it was 3:45 pm when I said he had plenty of time before they closed he said this customer is ahead of you .which they in turn said they were almost done. He continues to argue with me over his customer service being crappy. Needless to say I went to t mobile and had a phone in 25 minutes. Pretty sad Verizon u need better people.. imagine the customers walking away from this employee's rude ess...thank you t mobile

These people are terrible at there jobs. Lawyers will be involved and EVERY phone call and in person meeting was recorded. Even you SEAN DUGAN putting your face down on the copier making copies of your face with customers in the store waiting!!! Congrats! Off to corporate to get your jobs!!

There are not words to express how your people that work at their Verizon store go far and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy little campers.They are absolutely outstanding. They always take their time. I’m completely illiterate when it comes to doing anything with my phone or an iPad or whatever and they always always take their time to explain any and all procedures . I just spent almost 5 hours with Sean , during that time, he not only set up two phones, two watches and an iPad .
