Do not purchase any service or phone from this third party Verizon store. The sales rep are not up front with the charges and try to rush you out the door without any explanation of the costs. They are charging you for device setup fee $60/per phone which they never did and you can do it easy over the carrier on your own. The monthly plan quote are not what you are paying from Verizon. It is going to cost you $25-30 more each month from Verizon.

While my in-store experience was fine with kind and attentive salespeople, it was only once I got home that I realized how badly the representative had screwed up both my plans and order. I purchased an upgraded phone and change the plans to newer plans for the 5 lines on my account.
Once I got home to set up the new phone I realized
1) the cost for the new phone with the discount was $8 more/mo than I was told
2) And as a bigger deal, the eSIM for my line plus the eSIM for another line were both added to my new phone, and both lines were credited in the system with an upgraded phone, which had not happened. This disconnected my daughter's cellular service to her existing phone. It also put a device upgrade charge on both lines. Additionally, the plan for my line was given to both phones, which is a higher level plan than her phone should have. Fixing the eSIM issue was complicated by the fact that she was not in the same state and getting the IMEI numbers to reassign her correct phone number to her correct phone took wifi FaceTime and patched in calls with Verizon technical support.
To fix these issues has now taken 5 phone calls over 3 weeks, with now over 3 hours of time with waiting and multiple representatives trying to fix it. One more call is scheduled in 10 days after the bill is issued to fix another device charge fee that should not exist.
This was a debacle of first order and I will never go back to this location
