The sales rep are not up front with the charges and try to rush you out the door without any explanation of the costs. They are charging you for device setup fee $60/per phone which they never did and you can do it easy over the carrier on your own. The monthly plan quote are not what you are paying from Verizon. It is going to cost you $25-30 more each month from Verizon.
