Absolutely terrible experience. Ran a few minutes late because they confirmed the wrong time. Would even see my puppy. Arrogant, rude. Im in shock.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff did not review the records that were sent beforehand. During the exam, the veterinarian rushed through everything and lost her temper when I asked her to slow down and give me time to describe where the lumps were on my dog. It was clear she didn’t have enough time to care for my dog properly and seemed more focused on what I was purchasing rather than my pet’s needs. Her behavior was unprofessional and lacked compassion, which made me feel nervous and uneasy. Due to her impatience and apparent lack of concern, I no longer trust her to handle my nervous, anxious dog. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The clinic does not seem equipped to care for dogs that need a gentle and patient approach.

Im so happy with this location. I live close but I would travel to come here. All the people who work here are professional and caring. Dr. Baggett is wonderful. They all made the last few months of my best friends life as comfortable as possible. The day we let him go, while extremely difficult, was also peaceful. My son and I had never put a pet down so went into the building with not much of an idea on what would happen. But they made sure to explain and did it with kindness love and compassion. I will continue coming here and will always recommend to others. Thank you all for loving my Foofat and helping him as much as you could this year.

Overpriced and poor quality of care. We used to take all of our pets here until we had a couple of negative experiences with their care. We brought our one dog in for an anal gland infection and they expressed his anal glands and gave us an antibiotic prescription. After about a month I manually expressed his anal glands at home because I noticed he had been scooting again. A lot of blood came out again meaning there was an infection still present, so I stopped expressing his gland and called the vet right away. They said they could have a technician finish the expression and get an antibiotic prescription started again for him. When we went in the technician took him back and finished the anal gland expression and said she didn't see any blood. Then they didn't want to give us antibiotics for our dog and it cost us $70 for the technician to finish what I could have done at home for free. After that we were livid with the lack of care and pulled all of our business from this vet. We have now found an amazing vet that is wayyyyy more affordable and actually cares about our pets. Our new vet offered to do a flush and infusion of the anal sac to clear the infection out, an option that was never mentioned from the VCA. After that we have not had any issues with reoccurring infections for our dog. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you care about your animals.

All the staff is just amazing! My dog was having allergy issues, and I was able to book an appointment with them for the next day online—even on a Sunday—which was great because his usual vet didn’t have anything available for the next two weeks.
