The woman that was in charge was helping another couple plus helping the young guy that was helping us. We had told them that we wanted a z fold cause it was a Christmas gift well she closed everything out and didn't include the z fold . She said if she redid everything that would hurt her commission. And told me to wait 2 to 3 months and then do my trade in. So because they messed up and she didn't want to loose her commission I didn't get a z fold or my Christmas gift. So tell me is this the proper way to get new customers ? I'm extremely upset and dissatisfied. I don't know if the phone I have now will even last that long.
