  Do not buy your phones here go to literally any other cricket store. They sold us the wrong phone while telling us it was the one that we paid for. When we confirmed it was the wrong phone through the serial number they suggested maybe we sell it on EBay and buy the correct phone again because they could not exchange it. We eventually went through Cricket cooperate who told them they must exchange the phone. After this issue was resolved we found out later that they had insured the wrong phone when we purchased them. After requesting for insurance to switched to the correct phone it took four different representatives to get it changed but it would not cover the broken screen that the phone had since it was not insured when broken. I have never had any of these issues at the Joplin location or locations in Arkansas. Go anywhere else they are horrible.

  The staff get a little upset & seems to have anxiety when dealing with customers especially the lady manager. Maybe she was having a bad deal. But watching her handle customers like that was disturbing.

  Hey now hear what's your name Angel Angel at cricket is awesome every time I have a problem she's always there very professional always got a smile on her face. These people are great do not lose them!!!

  I have nothing but good things to say about this location, the ladies there know what their doing, and they do their jobs very well. The store is always clean and there's never a worry when you go in, they have a fix for almost everything. New management was certainly a great help for this store!
