I asked about promotions and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. He said oh I don't know about those ones going on. He was right he did not know what was going on. I guess he didnt know what commission was either. Had to drive to Rodgersville Verizon. Those people in Rodgersville knew what was going on and got commission from the 4 lines that they signed us up for.

Then had my grandma call me and she was SOOO rude and started yelling and refused her service because she can is what was said! This store has the rudest employees I have ever met and definitely will be looking into switching carriers.
