    Casey was great. Beyond great! My phone locked me out and he helped with the info that I needed to reset things then he helped me get out at back up. Give this young man a raise! A big raise

    Haili Honestly working with her was a 10/10, we had a horrible time with getting new phones to come on and activated. She was super helpful with putting in tickets and doing her best to get these resolved. She has spent a total of roughly 6 hours with us trying to get this all taken care of. Finally issue was resolved and she had us in and out super quick. She’s been great.

    Haili she is absolutely wonderful. We are senior citizens and needed so much help. She was very patient and took all the time to make sure we understood before we left the store. We definitely will recommend her !!!
