- MCMichael ClanahanJul 28, 20251.0I paid for a year of service and was told my old number wouls be transferred over. Then after i paid for the service im told now that my number can not be transferred and im expected to just have to keep the "temporary" number they gave me. I said this is unaccecptable and that i wanted a refund instead and was hung up on. Ive called customer service back 3 times and have been hung up on every time. Went to the store for help and was told that bc my order was done online that they cant help me at all bc they are an authorized retailer and dont have anything to do with online stuff. The store manager told me that im probably not gonna get my money back.

She fixed my issues and reminded me the importance of having a local Cricket store where I could walk in and get the needed help in person! I will be switching back in the next two weeks. Thank you Mariah! You dis in just a few minutes what I couldn’t get done in many many hours.
