    Everyone was helpful. I had the screen protector replaced. I was glad to find that it was still under warranty. They were able to get my cloud updated.

    My husbands phone was broken and needed a new phone, so he went into to the store and wanted to use the upgrade that I had available on my phone. Instead the salesman said it would be cheaper to add a new line instead of just doing an upgrade. So we did. First the store didn't have any samsung phones available so we had to wait 2 days to get a phone to the store. Then we go back to the store when the phone was available. Spent 2.5 hours there and they couldn't get the phones switched around and had to come back the next day and spent another 2.5 hours before they could get our phones working again. In the meantime my phone was offline for 14 hours. They didn't have anything to say but I'm sorry it took so long. The manager of this store doesn't care to come out and help customers. The only sales associate in the store was helping me. The manager stayed in the back the whole time while several people came in and the sales associate helped them in between helping me. That was so frustrating! I don't plan on using this store again unless it's an emergency! Poor customer service!

    Marshfield, Mo Store i purchased a Samsung Galaxy s25fe mailed to store Mikki she was friendly, helpful, considerate, clean, chairs provided. The only complaint I had was I wanted to pay more on my phone at time of purchase there, but was told I could not until February5th a month after purchase. Later when when we received Verizon our Wi-Fi 5G I called customer service to disconnect ourJet-Pak I ask when I could pay more on my new phone and was told that had to be done at time if purchase and couldn't be done at anytime after. ? ? ? That's my only complaint as I want to pay more on my phone. I like the Phone as I'm learning to use it. We also like the Verizon 5G service. Easy set up for it and 2 bar signal.
