The only complaint I had was I wanted to pay more on my phone at time of purchase there, but was told I could not until February5th a month after purchase. Later when when we received Verizon our Wi-Fi 5G I called customer service to disconnect ourJet-Pak I ask when I could pay more on my new phone and was told that had to be done at time if purchase and couldn't be done at anytime after. ? ? ? That's my only complaint as I want to pay more on my phone. I like the Phone as I'm learning to use it. We also like the Verizon 5G service. Easy set up for it and 2 bar signal.
