Any of the actual techs that need to be contacted for a shipped repair barely communicate in English, and at that, barely at all. Trying to keep tabs on a laptop repair was like pulling teeth. And once my laptop WAS repaired, they somehow managed to not put a wireless network adapter into the machine, which is almost a necessity in the modern era. Always choose local repairs, if you have the time to spare, and willingness to deal with ordering parts.

They didn't tell me they had a appointment system and so when I got there the appointment was going to be another hour so I left. They should tell you over the phone that they run an appointment system even if you just want to drop your stuff off. Kind of crazy if you ask me. Very poor communication and not really sorry I bought it when I spoke to the manager
