- HSHaley schulteNov 30, 20211.0I am utterly frustrated with geek squad, I sent my chromebook to get fixed and they had it for over a month and sent it back to me broken, I am extremely angry because I spent money for them to send it to get fix and I get it back the exact same way. I will never give my stuff to geek squad to fix ever again.
- CBChristopher BachmannNov 2, 20211.0Terrible experience. I contacted Geek Squad for assistance online then was helped by a virtual agent. They logged into my computer and spent approximately 25 minutes working. Then my computer restarted and the program still did not work and I received an email that they were finished. I was not given the chance to test that Google Chrome worked and the tech did not provide me with an update. I then started a chat on my phone and was told to take the chat to my computer. I did so, then was told to call the store. I then called the store and the pre-recorded message told me to go online. At this point I began asking for a manager. I called the store and spoke to multiple people and was ultimately hung up on after waiting for 24 minutes to speak to a manager. Everyone that I spoke to wanted an explanation and gave me a hard time. I am probably going to cancel my service after this as my computer is still not fixed.
