- NSNikki Swartz5 days ago1.0Drove 20 minutes to this location on 1/6/26 for help setting up a new phone, and lights were on, but nobody was home. At 6pm (listed closing time is 7pm), the “open” light was on, lights were on inside, but door was locked and no employees to be found. I tried to call, but the number didn’t work —and it still doesn’t. Is this store closed permanently or temporary? A sign or phone recording would be nice. Wasted my time and still need help with my phone. Cricket is great … until you need help from a human. So frustrating!
