  I recently purchased a new Lenovo laptop. Geek Squad technician Lee at the Independence, Missouri store carefully installed new items on my laptop. He was very kind and worked quickly. He was very professional and happy to help! A few days later, I took my new laptop and my old printer to the Geek Squad at the Lee's Summit, Missouri store to see if they could successfully connect my printer. Kye and Josh worked diligently and tried different methods to make a connection but the printer was too old! I'm so very thankful for the time, effort and hard work Kye and Josh devoted to helping me!! They both are very knowledgeable and very professional!! Thank you, Kye and Josh, for your kindness and expertise!! Then, I purchased a new HP Smart Tank 5100 series printer from the Lee's Summit, Missouri store. Later that day, I called the Geek Squad to help with installation. I began speaking with Harshita M. on the phone. She was so very, very kind, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and listened intently to all of my questions! She was so calm and reassuring as she carefully explained each step. Harshita M. thank you so very, very much for installing my printer!! I couldn't have done it with out your amazing knowledge and skills!! Great job!! You are a wonderful blessing!! I highly recommend the Geek Squad for AWESOME professional computer assistance!!

  I have had the same problems with Geek Squad. I bought a new TV and i called them to set it up with my computer. They told me that it will be $190.00. they also told me that they can not come out unless i pay them first in advance. What kind of business practice is that. Geek Squad you are going to have to do better than this if you want my business. I don't pay for services before thay are done

  Had to replace my old computer. The Geek Squad techs that helped me were pleasant, polite, and professional! They gave me several options for a new computer, and helped me to download the files from my old computer to the new one, so I didn't lose any important documents or photos! They made a difficult situation much easier!!

  My computer broke and couldn't be repaired so they replaced it. During the diagnosing and repair attempts not only did I get email notifications, I also got phone calls with updates on the status of my old computer. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in setting up my new computer and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.
