The assistant manager's name is Shon was EXTREMELY RUDE AND COMBATIVE. He ended up refusing to take payment oe helping any way. He would not tell me his name even. I got it from his badge. Absolutely unacceptable

Was told one thing but when the bill came of course bill was higher. When I went back in to get an explanation they couldn't explain the charges and after 15 minutes pushed me to a support person on the phone. After another 20 minutes asked me to move to a bench at the back of the store so they could help other customers. Guess I wasn't their customer anymore. After another 20 minutes and still no explanation I again asked for a credit. It was only after I asked to speak with a supervisor did the agent agree to credit the charge. Took another 10 minutes to apply the credit. Will be looking for another cell phone provider.
