    Garrett went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my car internet. I had previously spent HOURS over the past couple of years attempting to have it disconnected without success. Garrett got me to the right people (FINALLY!!) Thank you, sir! You deserve a raise!

    If I could give a negative in stars, I most definitely wound. I recently switched services from T-Mobile and was simply trying to get a phone and tablet activated, but was met with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional rudeness from Nic, assistant manager. So done with Verizon after this. I refuse to pay for a service and be mistreated. Back to T-Mobile or some other wireless company I go. I’ve learned that you have to teach people how to treat you and wish that I had read some of the reviews prior to going.

    Thanks to Darren C for helping me out with getting my kids' phones transferred to Verizon and making it very simple for me. What would've probably taken me hours to figure out on a customer service call - Darren spent one hour and did the majority of the work for me. Thanks Darren!

    There are good teams, and then there are great teams! I’d like to give a huge thank-you to Garrett and Jess at the Verizon Lee’s Summit location. They helped me resolve a very challenging and complex issue with my phone, and I truly appreciate the time, attention, and outstanding customer service they provided throughout the process.     I was in the store trying to pay a bill on phone that we switched to t mobile and hadtheworst experience Ever!!! The assistant manager's name is Shon was EXTREMELY RUDE AND COMBATIVE. He ended up refusing to take payment oe helping any way. He would not tell me his name even. I got it from his badge. Absolutely unacceptable
