- ABAmanda BurginJan 28, 20261.0This location could be great but they stay extremely busy so employees are stressed and customers are ran through like cattle so they end up screwing up your bill and over charging you and so then you have to spend the next month trying to get your money back from Big Verizon because the store isn’t able to access everything, so words to future customers be cautious of certain employees bc they only care to make fast sales and get commissions not actually taking care of customers as they claim to do , also if they do not have products in store I would be cautious of letting them say it will be ordered and sent to your house because I got charged when the phone “shipped” but never received a phone only to call big Verizon again and get told my order was cancelled . Extremely huge mess on my part to deal with caused by lack of employee and manager knowledge about their own products. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Proceed with caution.

I recently switched services from T-Mobile and was simply trying to get a phone and tablet activated, but was met with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional rudeness from Nic, assistant manager. So done with Verizon after this. I refuse to pay for a service and be mistreated. Back to T-Mobile or some other wireless company I go. I’ve learned that you have to teach people how to treat you and wish that I had read some of the reviews prior to going.
