I recently switched services from T-Mobile and was simply trying to get a phone and tablet activated, but was met with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional rudeness from Nic, assistant manager. So done with Verizon after this. I refuse to pay for a service and be mistreated. Back to T-Mobile or some other wireless company I go. I’ve learned that you have to teach people how to treat you and wish that I had read some of the reviews prior to going.

The assistant manager's name is Shon was EXTREMELY RUDE AND COMBATIVE. He ended up refusing to take payment oe helping any way. He would not tell me his name even. I got it from his badge. Absolutely unacceptable
