  I have had the same problems with Geek Squad. I bought a new TV and i called them to set it up with my computer. They told me that it will be $190.00. they also told me that they can not come out unless i pay them first in advance. What kind of business practice is that. Geek Squad you are going to have to do better than this if you want my business. I don't pay for services before thay are done

  Samsung fridge died on me. Bought from Best Buy. After hours of being on the phone I was told I needed to go to the store to schedule a home visit. I go to the store and they tell me they can't schedule it because I have to pay $125 before they even would schedule the repair that is under warranty. Then I have to get back on the phone again while at the store. To make matters worse of having no fridge, they tell me it will be a week before they can even come out and then would have to order parts which may take another week or two. I could pick up the phone today and have a service guy out here tomorrow at the latest. Do better Best Buy / Geek Squad.

  Wish could give 0 stars. I work in IT. Customer contacted me yesterday after just getting brand new computer from geek squad. Complete windows db corruption to the point can't guest reset via software. We are having to blow everything away and do an iso blast of win 11. How I know it was geeksquad. The recovery point they left said geeksquad. I restored, checked, and saw corruption was there. Will be letting customer know to leave a review and to fight the service charge.

  Had to replace my old computer. The Geek Squad techs that helped me were pleasant, polite, and professional! They gave me several options for a new computer, and helped me to download the files from my old computer to the new one, so I didn't lose any important documents or photos! They made a difficult situation much easier!!

  My computer broke and couldn't be repaired so they replaced it. During the diagnosing and repair attempts not only did I get email notifications, I also got phone calls with updates on the status of my old computer. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in setting up my new computer and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.
