    Retuned my 3 month old laptop 2 months ago for repair. Local store (Lees Summit, MO) said they don't make repairs. They sent off and it came back 3 weeks later with wrong parts installed. Now 30 more days (2 months since original drop) I learn the supposedly repaired machine is sitting at store and has been for almost 2 weeks. No one has contacted me and the national Customer Service line says the Store has doesn't take phone calls. WORST service ever!

    I have had two occasions to work with Dave Long at the Lee’s Summit, MO store. He is a member of the Geek Squad as a Consultation Agent. He is a stellar representative of Best Buy! He is highly knowledgeable, resourceful and most of all, kind and patient. He made sure all my questions were answered, needs were met and that I was well taken care of. I don’t often see employees who care so much and Dave genuinely cared. Just wanted you to know.

    I haven't had a negative experience with Best Buy until now. I purchased an all-in-one desktop from them spending near $700. Their return/exchange window is 15 days after purchase. I recieved rhe computer and didn't have issues with it until 20 days after purchase. I contacted the manufacturer and they eventually told me to contact Best Buy. After this, I realized that the computer I purchased online was advertised as touchscreen - but the computer I had received was not touchscreen. Furthermore, I purchased an Open Box - Excellent computer - but it arrived with scratches in the corner of the screen. I was willing to let that go, until I had the other issues. After the reccomendation to go back to Best Buy from the manufacturer, I spent near 2 hours on the phone with customer support. In that time, I only spoke with two people, for a total of maybe 5-10 minutes and the rest was on hold. The second person I spoke to, who I was transferred to for a solution, spoke to me for 5 minutes, left me on hold twice for a total of 15 minutes, and came back the second time saying "we want to help you, but we cant do anything" and before I could respond told me to have a good day and hung up. I had been waiting on the phone for an HOUR just to get hung up on. This is absolutely terrible customer service and I am extremely unhappy. I was going to purchase two more laptops but after this I'm taking my business elsewhere.

    I was in there for 45 minutes and there were very few customers when I first got there. Not one Best Buy employee offered to help while we were there. We were spammed by two AT&T employees who were very persistent at selling me a new phone service that I didn’t want and were very pushy. Lots of employees standing around and a couple were cussing. I went up to an employee and asked to get assistance at checkout, waited a little longer then left without buying anything. Walked by the employee I had asked for assistance as I was leaving and they didn’t say anything. Terrible experience, avoid this store unless you want high pressure sales tactics on items you do not want and no customer service on items you actually came for.
