My husband who is not a well man needed help with his phone today, or we were going to add another line. We sat there for 37 minutes and was never waited on. There were three workers and the manager. There was one boy helping a customer, while the other three helped a husband and wife. I have noticed before and even today, the manager is more interested in controlling everything, then helping the customer. Two customers came in and probably found out how long the wait was and left. Finally after 37 minutes, we left too. The manager made no response or jester to try and get us to wait. If verizon does not make changes asap, I see that store closing. We will be using another store fromvnow on. I feel one of the three clerks could have came and helped us as well, even if it was the manager.

I went to the Osage beach Verizon, and the dude in there told me it would be over $800 dollars to upgrade/get a new phone. I called Lebanon, and talked to a man named Alex. Man acted like he actually cared about my problem and DID want to help. We drove to Lebanon, he was able to upgrade my phone for $0, and a service fee that was only $150. Very professional. The best. On top of everything, Alex stayed 30 minutes past the time he was supposed to go home, just to help us.
