I switched to Cricket on the recommendation of my son. The first time we went in to switch to Cricket, customer service was excellent. The second time, I was having issues when I was visiting my daughter in Texas. Occasionally, I would lose service, my phone would state, " no sim card detected". On my return to Missouri, I went into the Lebanon store for assistance. I was immediately told they couldn't help me as I didn't by my phone from them. I was trying to find out why it would even do this but,the staff two guys and the manager were no help. I left completely baffled at their lack of customer service. My phone never did it again, until I returned to Texas few weeks ago, now fine while in Mo. Today I visited the Lebanon store to activate new phones( not purchased at Cricket) The manager gives me several reasons why she can't assist me because I didn't buy phone from Cricket and she only has a number a sanitizing wipes for COVID-19. I said let me get this straight, you can't assist me because of sanitizing wipes are scarce. She confirmed, I told her this was second issue I've had with this store and would be contacting corporate. She just said call 611. Why is the store there if the can not assist customers, I am buying their phone service, I am a customer! I will be shopping for a different phone service
